manta Hotel & residence is a nice place to stay with big rooms more akin to an appartement. It has a living room with kitchen, seperate bedroom and bathroom, a balcony and washing machine. The hotel has an in house restaurant although I did not use it. Rooms are clean with a little wear and tear like scratches on the surface of the bath and some staining on the floor. Nothing major though. Good bed and pillows. Nice shower with good pressure that takes a minute or two to get hot. Airco (×2) is a little loud. Free WiFi worked great although it's a bother you have to login everytime. The rooms are a bit noisy, but this is more the fault of guests slamming doors. Most annoying though is the fact the fridge shuts of when you leave the room. It should stay on. This also causes some water leaking from the fridge. The location is very convenient, next to the blue line which will take you to old town and has multiple connections although a full ride into old town will take about 20-25 minutes. Not a lot but some food options available, but The Rama 9 mall is one stop away and has everything you need. All in all would stay again and had a comfortable stay.

This is the perfect start of your stay in Thailand. The hotel is in a convenient and quiet location, which is a big plus in a busy city. The breakfast had a selection of both Western and Thai dishes, and every day we had a different selection. The room was spacious and perfect for a longer stay. The staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The transfer from the airport was a nice bonus after a long flight.

The location is great, in a friendly neighbourhood and at a 5min walk from the metro and a small mall. The swimming pool area was very pleasant. The suite was spacious and well furnished/equipped.

Convenience. The rooms were complete with kitchen and washer dryer. Mini apartment. Very clean and staff exceptionally friendly and courteous.

We came to Bangkok for 1 night to attend an event. And we were lucky to rest in the hotel after that. The place was very quiet just 50m from a noisy street. Comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom. Good breakfast with impressive choices of asian dishes. Definitely we will return there on occasion.

Everything is beautiful! Safe, modern, and luxurious, this place is wonderful. The breakfast is good, there are multiple levels of security, there’s two minimart/7-eleven shops within 2 minutes walk from the property. A shopping mall is 8 minutes walk, if that. A lovely fancy stay for the mid range price.

very good hotel. we booked a smoking room with balcony. there was almost no smell of cigarettes either in the room or on the floor. excellent toilet 😁 earthquake-resistant building. we were satisfied and will return

It was perfect. Big rooms, kitchen, big bathroom and wardrobe are excellent. We had 5th fl., pool view. No street noise, motobikes or car. Although the hotel located close to the main road and 3 min. to BTS. I have stayed at the best hotels in Bangkok, but Amanta is much more comfortable and cozy then luxury others. Also in spite of early chek in at 11:00 a m. we took rooms immediately without any conditions and extra payments. Thanks for hospitality , Amanta))))

Good location, within walking distance of three shopping malls. Near to an MRT underground station. Did not use the restaurant for breakfast but used for lunch and the food was good and reasonably priced. Staff were great and very helpfull, especially the man who sorted our taxies out most mornings. Nice pool.
